    I think playing against a better team away *should* suit us. Maybe some decent opportunities for counter attacks. But we’ve got to defend well.

    2-1 Notts Robbo and Roddo

    876 Notts.

    A draw away from home against Wrexham I would take prior to the game.

    Like Torquay they will provide a strong test for us and will give us further indication of where we are currently at. Likewise we will provide a strong test for them and give them an indication of where their new team is at.

    I do think playing Wrexham away now is the best time before they all begin to click and get into their stride.

    Therefore;

    Wrexham 1-2 Notts

    Palmer, Roberts

    Attendance; 472 Notts fans.

    That's the theory that gives me a bit of hope that my score prediction of 2-0 to them might be wrong. I think our formation and style might work better away than it does at home, where the onus is on us. If we can keep the ball and frustrate them, it should mean we create chances. My worry is that if we gift them a goal through overdoing the tippy-tappy stuff at the back, we will struggle to turn it around.

    Hmm, yeah it was strange to see the way Rawlinson and Slocombe exchange rushed 3 yard passes yesterday under pressure from the opposition. It was like they were surprised that the other team might not let them do it. Only a matter of time before it goes properly wrong.

    Taylor and Nemane on from the start tomorrow would give Wrexham a lot to think about.

    I wouldn't start Nemane , All he did on Saturday was to to pass the ball back and lose it.. He has pace, but does not have the confidence to take players on... He reminds me of Fabián Brandy.....
