They were a fecking disgrace, they didn't seem to want a referee in control, they simply wanted to do as they pleased and have every decision in their favour, both teams.

It probably won't happen but both clubs should be fined or docked points for failing to control their players, that was a disgrace, it was close to anarchy out there.
I noticed that also Sinkov, I thought Referee's were supposed to be in charge, as in if they tell a player to stop his yapping and go away, and he continues surely he has the right to book him, if he continues then follow it up with a red, its so simple, but obviously Referee's are under different and strange guidelines Sinkov, its just another nail in the coffin for our great sport that is going down the sewer with folk at the top who cannot be arsed to make it better, if Footballers are allowed to do it they will, our adjudicators seemingly could'nt run a bath let alone anything else.

I was watching Clitheroe at Glossop on Saturday Alto, one of our players felt he was hard done to, a Glossop player raked the inside of his thigh and the ref waved play on, then he got a stray boot on his instep and the ref waved play on again, so he limped after the referee and gave him a mouthful, unfortunately he'd forgotten he was already on a yellow, the ref produced another and sent him off.
It was annoying, he did have a case, but the players were certainly less gobby to the ref for the rest of the game, they all calmed down and just got on with it. In the end it didn't make any difference, even with 10 men Clitheroe were still too good for Glossop and won 2-0.

Bolton have been found out recently and this game may well be the one that makes the fans and manager realise that we can't play all out attacking football against teams that defend well and have enough quality/pace/power to exploit the gaps we leave. Evatt has got away with it in non league footie with Barrow and League 2 with us but I suspect this is a level too far for a cavalier approach - we're not City or Chelsea so why try to play like them?
Obviously I hope it doesn't go that way but if recent games are anything to go by it will be nerve wracking yet again.
