As for Pawlett I think he is good player but he is a diver, has been his entire career , everyone knows that except for TC who stuck up for him after his sending off saying he wasn't that type of player .

The bottom line is unless he cuts it out his game that wont be the last time he sees red .
Refs are aware of it unfortunately and my fear is they will get the book out even at times when he has justifiably went to ground due to his growing reputation for the over theatrics .
He was tripped. That's a foul & a free kick should have be awarded. What happens after that is irrelevant. If Don Robertson saw Pawlett's going to ground and not the foul we have a problem.

thats exactly what he saw after the tractor boys told him thats what he saw whilst pushing pawlett around. So yes we have a major problem in scotland.

No the problem we have is Pawlett has history for diving and over theatrics so now even when there is contact , rightly or wrongly , Refs are now aware of how he conducts himself and at times hes going to be carded incorrectly .

NOBODY wants to see players playing the game that way and hopefully he takes it on board or it wont be the last time the team pays the price .

If you're brought down, let the challenge bring you down. Don't try to make it look worse than it is by making the same unnatural falling motion because one day its gonna come back and bite you on the arse like it did last weekend. The boy doesn't help himself. Who knows? We may not have got beat on Saturday if Pawlett was on the park?
    100% THIS !
Even when he scored , when i seen it my first thought was he has actually throw himself to the ground in the act of scoring as if he was hedging his bets almost in case he didn't notch .. Now that may not be the case but as stated above its the same diving motion he always does whenever anyone goes near him and if fans can pick up on that you can bet that refs are picking up on it also .

Begs the question, what happened first, the foul or the alleged simulation? The foul happened first. Free kick to Dundee United. We didn't get the free kick, do you agree with that? Was Don Robertson right to ignore the trip or did he just not see it? He couldn't award the foul cos he was too busy giving Pawlett his 2nd yellow. Could he have booked Pawlett for going to ground the way he did & then given us the foul? No, because he didn't. He was so keen to focus on Pawlett's going to ground that nothing else mattered. Tell me this - do you agree he was tripped? I'm intrigued to know.
Who's side are you boys on btw?

He's diving when he scores now, dived the ball into the net. FFS.

PP was fouled by Davidson so whatever happened after the trip counts for nothing . To many guys bothered about what happened after the foul Butcher is basically same when he starts gets booked early and rest game your just waiting for one wrong tackle but don't read so much about that

I can't remember ever seen Butcher get a second yellow. Straight red, yes. 🙂

For all of Butchers indisciplines at picking up yellows, his discipline to then not pick up a second is actually incredible.

The fact he picks up so many yellow cards in is spoken about a hell of a lot more than Pawletts diving. Not sure where that comments came from tbh.
