    Unless the ownership are prepared to invest their own funds in to the club which basically equates to investing in their own business rather than the self sufficiency model then it's best to be more realistic YN with your expectations in my opinion .
    They arn’t going to own the ground.
    Paul Conway said that only last week.
    But there could be a lengthy lease hold on it which would enable the club to redevelop.

    I’m guessing here - but it will have crossed the directors minds on more than one occasion that the state of the ground - especially the West Stand is having a detrimental impact on recruitment.
    Hence potential signings driving away.
    The ground has to be attractive to attract players as well as more supporters to it.

    I have no expectations.
    All what I’m doing here is reading and listening to what’s coming out of the club - and also what happened at Nice.
    The directors will want the club to be in a sound state as soon as possible - as I believe they will then be able to put it in the shop window as soon as possible.
    There will be an agenda there with a time scale attached to it.
