We can’t fill the stands we already have so it’s not essential to the business as long as maintaining safety standards doesn’t become costly.

West stand is an eyesore in modern terms but it’s not critical to remove it in my opinion.

Should there ever be another possibility of premiership football then a new stand would be helpful in terms of capacity and revenue.

Like many others I think last season was a fluke in terms of the playoffs and I don’t expect a repeat any time soon.
