If they do go for a new build then it’s going to cost more than that - cos IMO we need a stadium with at least 25k capacity.
We could sell 20k STs in the Prem - and with away supporters then 25k would easily be achieved.

Tha can only go on what crowds wiv had in last 20 years Nudger. Whilst I agree there's potential for Barnsley to bring in around 20k regularly, it ain't happening unless as you say we reach the top flight. Let's face it, that north stand is an eye sore in most games when the away contingent is small. It's nivver really been utilised to it's full potential since it was built. Like it or not, that's the bottom line.
