    Its in the post.

I'm not sure if that is the work permit or the striker though.

I take it that the other United are struggling for Cristiano’s work permit in time for Saturday.

    Not.

The Finnish boy that Saints signed is debuting at the weekend so his permit must be through. Think they were a week before us in applying, so hopefully not too long for Niskanen.

It's actually pretty disgraceful to be honest. I suspect some of the problem is in the SFA up here though...

I think the fact that Ronaldo is fluent in English and has lived in the country for a number of years previously also helps his application. I think I mentioned it before too but the high wages for Ronaldo helps, I'm assuming our Finnish dude (and I really need to learn his name!) is probably on the borderline for wages.

interesting about the wages as id not thought of that until you mentioned it earlier but that is absolutely going to be the case. Knowing us we have offered him minimum wage lol

So Tam rejected some striker options in favour of youth. Apparently from big Tony to a hvn I know. Its still there in budget in case other freebies come up. If thats the case (and i believe the bit about there being budget and offer of that to Tam - i just dont believe tam made the decision without some influence) when will we stop playing Clark and have a number 10 involved? Oh god i now miss the haircut Scott Fraser lol

I like Clark when he's played up top mate, like the rest of any forwards he needs service
