I'd have hated my kids having to choose which country to represent if they were good at sport. It would have been their decision ultimately but I couldn't imagine them going through the French system and being funded by a French federation and them turning their backs on those federations to represent England or Britain. This is unless there was no way of representing France.

What's difference between her & non-brits getting into this country by crossing channel on a dinghy or rest that get here. Message is coming ss once your here you are now British. Can't have one rule cause she's doing well at tennis & another for rest. They are all non-brits by country they were born in.
