Only problem our manager & his coaching staff, have not even got plan A
right, so moving onto plan B could be a bigger problem.

With hindsight (we'd never make a mistake would we), Grigg should've started. It was always going to be a subdued atmosphere given the away support turning up in a minicab and so playing our Stella signing may have created a buzz. The horse had bolted by the time he came on. Freddie doesn't look interested and is starting to pee me off to be honest.

We're in danger of ruining Wes Harding. As a right sided CB he's ok. As a right back, he's immense. Possibly the best in league 1. As a LEFT sided CH he's a liability. His confidence will be reeling. Did we have no option but to lose Tilt (a genuine left sided CH)?

Ollie Rathbone is/has become "the man". If he carries on like he is doing he may even become talismanic like frecks. Rathbone is a fans favourite because he gives it everything. To take him off as Warne did, not because he was injured but because he might (MIGHT) get tired, was a shocking decision. Warne struggles with substitutions. It's long been an issue I have with him. I think he (it's actually mainly Barker tactically) pre-determines the changes pre match and, baring injury, sticks to them rigidly. That's why I suspect he took rathbone off. What he should do is adapt to what is actually happening, not what his pre match theory suggested may happen. I bet Fleetwood couldn't believe their luck when rathbone went off. Please learn from that one warney.

I'm really not feeling the love for Sadlier. The sooner Ferguson is playing the better.

As others have said it might be time to go 4 4 2, if nothing else but to give opposition scouts and managers something to think about :

    Viking

    Harding, Icky, Wood, Bola

    Ogbene, Rathbone, Barlaser, Ferguson

    Grigg, Smith

If the midfield is getting over run then it either becomes a back 3 by losing Bola or a 1 up by losing Grigg, and in either case bringing Lindsay on.
I agree with nearly all that and regarding the tactical awareness it really is woeful. We have some outstanding players and I am not worried at all by the squad and still think we can go up automatic.Harding left Brum because he was used in other areas as well his preferred right back position.Wes said he was looking forward to making the right back position permanent at the NYS.That team you have selected I agree with but it seems ashamed we are not using Barlaser's talents.

Funny how certain posters haven’t posted on here, must be finding it hard to moan at the moaners with this one

I’m sure they’ll be back soon

Warney knew we had a problem at half time down the left (yes he did say that ) but chose not to do anything about it, that’s just absolutely amateurish imo

He needs to grow up and get help and actually listen, surely Breckin can give him advice without embarrassing anyone

He can have dozens giving advice but listening and acting quickly are sometimes difficult.

Bearing in mind PW has got RB agreeing with every decision so even harder for them both to admit " we got it wrong"

I'm expecting 4-5-1 or 4-4-1-1 for the next game.

To be fair to PW after a bad start we were winning at HT and he probably thought after the lift from the penalty and giving them a rollicking they would turn it around and we would stamp our authority on the game. He had faith in the ability of his first X1

Unfortunately we were ill equipped to do so and with hindsight changes should have been made

Hindsight is wonderful and all that but I can honestly say that when the team came out I felt we missed a massive trick by not starting Grigg. The fans would of been pumped for it, he scored on his debut, get him on a roll. Instead it felt flat from the off. With the greatest respect to Fleetwood they aren't a team people get excited about playing so you have to find even more energy to get fans invested in the game. Also, it didn't matter who started or came off the bench for me if we persisted with hoofing it. That tactic does not suit the players we have. That had to change more than personnel IMO.

Five minutes in and we just didn’t look the part and wasn’t surprised they scored but still I did thought we’d get back in it but the management let some of them down.

I’ve been saying we don’t have the wingbacks but it gets forgot about when we win by some.

We haven’t got the wingbacks so change it or at least have a plan B ffs

Get the LB up and running before he becomes another mystery.

Been here long enough, been manager long enough now to have some sort of ****ing knowledge surely.

Obviously all’s forgiven when we win Tuesday
