we need a change in the coaching set up, PW needs to stop with his pals act trying to keep a happy clappy management team, he is typical of the world today they cannot deal with alternate views and decenting voices. TS needs to take him to one side and say either you change it or I will, Barker needs to go and we need another fresh voice or ideas in that management team, someone who says to PW "i don't think it is a good idea to play players out of position Paul"

Will all due respect, you've got no idea what is said among the coaching team and if there are disagreements and alternate views or not. You've just decided there isn't to suit your narrative. None of us have any idea of what gets said behind the scenes so there's no point inventing scenarios and getting angry about them.

True, we can only go on what we see hear
Warney did once say ages ago though that sometimes Barker gives a different option and he then chooses to either go with it or not as he’s the manager and has the final say.

Personally I don’t have a problem with Barker.

Anyway it’s clear that Warney isn’t either listening or just too thick when we keep making the same mistakes don’t you think?

Seriously a blind person could probably have noticed the defence needed help.

I know Warney likes to see the same view the players see but now and again having a break from dugout and sitting upstairs might help him to see the problem, probably with headphones on so he can’t hear the fans advice

Not really, I think it's our first really poor performance of the reason (and it was really poor) and I think the complete meltdown from some fans has been pretty embarrassing, but it happens now whenever we don't win so it's to be expected. I love watching the Millers win but I really can't bring myself to get as irate as some people on here do when we lose, I've got more important things to worry about.

I am not angry about them at all, you are correct I have no idea, i suspect that the working relationship is based on the values that the manager projects via his media output, I do not believe that those values if applied in the way I suspect is resulting in the best decisions during critical moments of difficult games. To be clear i have no anger towards PW or the club, in fact it is the opposite, I am frustrated with what i observe when watching the team over a sustained period of time.

That seems to be de rigeur on here. Once someone has invented a scenario around why THEY think something went wrong, they and others bang on about why that invented scenario needs to change. I think the term is confirmation bias.

    Good point

Maybe it's simple, we have a set of league 1 players, led by a league 1 manager and coaching team

So unfair to expect Championship football and ideas

But we're good at being nice

The issue is that we have a good quality side with quality footballers. How many times did we hoof it to Freddie?
We will lose games of football that’s not the issue. It’s the terrible style of play and nightmare substitutions.

How we can’t fit Barlaser in the team is beyond most of the fan base.

Every season we sign too many midfielders.
Every season the same excuses come out.
    Every season we hoof it.
Every season we see good players not play in our team yet the same tactics are deployed.

Wiles is a classic example when he’s poor he still leaves him on the pitch and takes off better players.

It may seem unfair but there is a growing number of supporters sick of the same mistakes.

Like has been pointed out if it carries on he wont be here a lot longer.
The interview he did at the Cardiff game when he was visibly upset has bought him some time.
Let’s hope he ditches this formation because we don’t have wingbacks.
