It's so common nowadays, playing the "mental 'elf" card that it's getting impossible to sort the genuine from the fakes.

Take tonights early evening TV, Look North, Calendar, The Dumb Show etc and the phrase "mental health" is guaranteed to pop up at least once, often many times.

Tbh I’m not surprised that it’s getting used more, this pandemic hasn’t helped at all and there are genuine people out there who need help and not getting it.

Yes there is and will be some using it has an excuse or getting attention
