So far, I like Val's passion and energy. I think you have to give him credit for the subs yesterday as they came on and influenced the game. I would have absolutely have taken this start had you offered it at the start of the season. But yesterday's game was a really poor watch. This style of football is good when on the front foot. We also bully teams on long throws and set pieces, but you can't do that with teams like Millwall because that is their strength.

I'd like to see some calmness, and quality on the ball especially in the middle of the park. I'm not blaming our midfielders either by the way, but most of the game is bypassing them because we're so direct. Its kick and rush type of football, when its effective then great. But when it isn't like the last couple of games it is a hard watch. Let's see how the next few games pan out.

Good points although Val is by far a better manager than we have had for years as some have been a complete joke including Darren Moore. You mention midfield but Livermore still not good enough and whoever spent 32 million on Grant and Grady needs shooting. Can you imagine if we had Okay this season?

Val has been given no tools to work with and certainly no money. Kipre FFS!!! I didn't like Kanu but would question if anyone is better this season but again that came down to money!

Don't blame Val if it goes pear shaped but blame the absolute shambles of a Board/Owner and the useless departed Dowling! Even our Academy is in pieces................

So on this note - I am amazed at the work Val has done and his passion! Lets face it - Fat Sam only has one passion and that's money!!!
