Part time, full time, big time, lunch time. Still 3 points regardless. On to the next one.

That's an odd one. Sounds like he may be needed.

Yep. Made hard work of it but got the job done.

Will take the points tonight. 12 from 6 is a 2ppg ratio. Am I right in thinking that's what you need to get out of this division? Anyway, not sure if Ardley ever got us to that number. Very tough league this season. It's going to be interesting.

2.00 PPG is what Sutton went up with, Torquay 2nd with 1.90

Interesting factoids. Wealdstone were one of the teams in the first ever live televised football match in the UK, away at Barnet in 1946.Twenty minutes of the game were televised in the first half and thirty five minutes of the second half before it became too dark.

    ...and a Notts connection...

Harold Smith was the first ever player to leave Wealdstone FC for a professional career, joining Notts County in 1930.

They drew 2-2 with Daggers and 0-0 with Southend, so they clearly are not hopeless.

Burch "Yes we made hard work of it, they started really well, first 20-25 we didn't create. Their goal woke us up, we should already be awake. Go in HT not satisfied but feel we can kick on, 2nd half thought we were brilliant. Should have put it to bed.
We're a bit, I dunno slow to start, possibly giving opposition too much respect. We're coming alive the longer the games go on. Keeping the ball is sometimes wearing the opposition down, got to be patient, teams can tire when we control the game but would like us to come out the traps earlier in the game."
