Laddo it's a score prediction thread and you say we're going to win them say you're going for 1-1. Obviously people are going to say eh? and then you laugh at them and sound a little condescending (not like you) and say haven't you heard of the Notts match bet competition? There's only one way to interpret what you put so unless as UTM says we're privy to your thoughts then what do you think people will think. On the other hand I also agree with UTM and you take it (though you bring alot on yourself) in good spirit and don't cancel your account which is a plus point, fair play to you.

All fair points, many ways to interpret my postings. On occasions, such as this, I leave it ambiguous just to see how a NCM regular or two might react. But the question is why does it matter? Or is it a big deal? Or alternatively who cares?

It's just a bit of fun. In the past people have predicted ironic 8-0 wins, one poster predicts 3-3 every week. It's all good, it's all a bit of fun.

I was talking in general terms that some people get very worked up over things written on Notts County Mad, I wasn't referring to you on this occasion. Again it's all about interpretation.

Why people get so worked up and upset on here I will never understand.

I am confident that we will win the game, but for match day betting competition purposes I've predicted 1-1. It's really is that simple.

Well seeing as we seem to be having a chat about it then I don't think it's simple to say we're going to win then expect people to understand your 1-1 is related to the betting thread. Also when you put that you said you expected people to bite then they do, how are they meant to know it was abit of fun? I also don't see how it's related to someone putting Notts will win 8 nil, it's 2 different things. I really am not bothered even though it seems I am and this is already boring me nevermind everyone else but if you put we're going to win and then put 1-1 then unless you make reference to the match day betting thread then what do you expect people to put in reply. Then when they do, you make it they should have known it was about the match odds. Anyway I have nothing against you, just thought that was nonsense.
