Thread: v Hibs (h) LC

We’re missing something aren’t we, something still isn’t quite right. Too much tippy tappy pish too. How does no chunt take a pop at goal?

Strikers are an issue, but again are they getting the right service I’m not so sure they are.

Gollum is a wee prick and always has been

Didn't see to many chances to shoot and when we did they sailed into the ET Upper aimed at GB probably on TA's instructions 😄
Tbf Harkes made a chance for himself on Sunday and nailed it.

Despite the scoreline we're not far away. It's a learning curve about how to defeat the top 4 sides. But without recognised strikers that's not easy.

The thing is mate we won't put crosses in the box because we are 5'9" and they are 6'2" and when we work it through the middle the strikers either just pass it back or pass it out wide to a player who won't cross it in the box......so frustrating.

Shame about the result. But was pleased with the attitude of both players and support after going behind so early. Very positive attitude.

Carving out good goal-scoring opportunities is a problem. And our boys seem to either make a poor touch at the critical moment, or try to take a touch to much.

Hmmn, there's a song in there isn't there.

Worried about the injuries to Mulgrew and McNulty. Hope they are not out for too long.
Mulgrew yes, McNulty hmm. Never like to see a player injured but if you were picking 11 from 15 available on a public park tomorrow would he be in your 11.
A 5 a side player if ever I saw one.

Nicely put. Very frustrating 99% of the time.. At least Freeman put it to feet the one time we had 2 v 1

McNulty is our best option out of him or Clark imo. Clark is just not good enough.

More chance of Clark scoring than McNulty, the latter never impressed me last year, hasn’t so far, and a waste of a good wage in my opinion!
