    Since our players are looking on, distractedly and shrugging as opponents break ducks against us, (Saints Perth and Mirren, the green slaaaags today), my wager is that Griffiths scores the first goal of his loan spell against TMSTID in our next fixture.

    “I think we can really push things to another level that hasn’t been around the club for a while,” Glass recently said, somewhat naively, it seems. He then went on to say “It’s been successful here and there. But we’re looking for a sustained period of success and get to that next level in Europe. Successful Aberdeen managers put trophies in the cabinet.” To be fair, I think he has taken the team to a different level, just not the one that he envisaged!
