So many people are angry that Newcastle FC, has been taken over by ,,,,someone down south! Angry people? This economic system is capitalism ,money talks!
What's so angry about ...someone from down south? So people are angry !
But not angry about what the Saudis buy from Britain?
Saudi Arabia arms deal UK
The UK has exported £11bn worth of arms in 2019 according to the Department for International Trade (DIT)'s data. The sale was made despite June 2019 UK court ruling halting arms sales to Saudi Arabia due to its use in Yemen war contributing to the ongoing humanitarian crisis. I did not hear of complaints?
For example in Feb 2021, British officials authorised the export of almost £1.4bn of weapons to Saudi Arabia in the quarter after the UK resumed sales of weapons that could be used in the war in Yemen.
The current conflict between Saudi Arabia and the Houthis started in March 2015. The Houthis and allied units of the armed forces seized control of Sana’a and other parts of the country in September 2014 and in the following months. This prompted president Saleh to ask Saudi Arabia to intervene against the Iranian backed Houthis. If these Houthis could overthrow the Yemeni Government, they could control the Red Sea. Al Makha, located on the Red Sea just off the Southern tip of the Arabian Peninsula, is a major seaport in Yemen. It ranks behind the largest ports at Aden and Al Hodeidah.
We must remember that Iran wants a state of chaos in the Middle East, it does this by selecting various groups, and encouraging resistance, Hamas, Hezbullah, Houthis, the one aim to overthrow governments, and cause disorder.
If Saudi Arabia did not help the Government that requested them .Because of support by Iran, the Red sea could be under the Houthis control and Iran's. Then if the Houthis keep attacking the oil fields of Saudi Arabia?
There has been widespread scepticism about the Yemeni Houthis being responsible for the attacks on Saudi Arabia’s Abqaiq and Khurais oil processing plants. The increasing missile, drone, and naval capabilities of the Houthis make the Saudi oil industry vulnerable to attack. ( The increasing missile, drone, and naval capabilities of the Houthis?) That is only with Iran's help.
Then will Israel just sit and watch - No way!
