    Maybe they spoke to Jones and he doesn't want the caretaker job. That could also explain why Bruce hasn't gone

    I think you're right there, I heard somewhere that Jones had been offered the caretaker role but turned it down, don't know why he would do that though it certainly wouldn't hurt his CV.

    Well, a lot of people have been assuming that Jones would take over from Bruce but not all No.2's are comfortable in the spotlight and/or want the extra responsibility that comes with it. Could be this...who knows?
