There was one at Clitheroe a couple of weeks ago Sub, one of our lads went in a bit high, caught one of theirs and the ball went out for a throw in, the ref was unsighted and didn't even give a free-kick, but the liner had seen it clearly, he flagged the ref over, they had a chat, the ref gave the free-kick, got a yellow card out, and as our lad was already on a yellow, off he went. There were no complaints from anyone, that's the way it should work and everyone accepted it. 90% of the time VAR causes more problems than it solves.
