No need to beg I'm sure certain folk will be happy with the points tally, (myself included) but......... I must agree, this might just be a wee blip, but? how long does it take to change a wee blip in to a concerning issue?

Tam has done really well so far, lets now see how he handles the other side of the coin.

    That was a hiding!!
We’ve been slow at the start of every game, that brings teams on to us.
Uncharacteristic howler from Benji for first set them up to attack. Made some good saves later on.
Freeman - great cross for goal, nice sh1tehousery with the hearts winger.
McMann - exposed in second half once Mulgrew went off.
Edwards - solid as usual needed support in 2 no half.
Mulgrew - don’t we miss him. Shows how important he’s become.
Fuchs - left covering too much when Glass went off.
Glass - work in progress, struggles for ice at times and this left him exploited.
Harkes - nice guy but for every great pass there’s 10 poor decisions.
Pawlett - who? Breathing out his erse not so couldn’t chase back. Tries to flatter with tricks and flicks.
Niskanen - tired in the second half but needs played to his strength.
Clark - took goal well but needs more ammunition.

We’re too slow off the mark in games.
Too much passing back (Pawlett and Harkes prime culprits) and this brings teams on to us.

I hope the international break gives Mulgrew a chance to recover.

We are still in a decent position, just need to regroup and get back to doing what we’ve been doing previously. We will not win every week, and better losing to teams in the top half of the league, than elsewhere. SRYB!
Think this if a fair summary, like you say, cheap goals at wrong times, the first especially gives them the lift, not like benji, they are a decent side too right now and it was an open game, we were slack in areas we haven't been today

At same time of your see Hearts fans reaction, they are all saying it's the best they have played in years, fast football with good decision making and that they were impressed with us at the same time (and our support)

I do think we are a decent side, be good to regroup, we will go on another good run in the near future, games come think and fast from Nov 20 v Aberdeen until the derby at new year

Hopefully Mulgrew is back, think we missed Levitt today and a fully fit and sharp Butcher may have been a better option for this kind of venue

Didnt see that today, but what i took from listening to the radio is one keeper made mistakes and the other is at the very top of his game, the latter we have had to endure for the second week.

Not the time to panic yet, and not even the time to panic if we get a bad result against Aberdeen, but if results against other teams below us dont go our way, that is where TC may need to start grinding out some results.

Just watched game on Alba. After seeing earlier comments I was waiting on a horror show & didnt really see it. Thought there was not much in it for first 30 mns & goal came out of the blue. A rare slip this season from the keeper. We had a decent chance to make it 4-3 & I didnt really see a shambles. Thought Hearts played high up with intent & on the front foot. They looked decent. We were not helped losing Mulgrew either. Never great to ship a few goals but overall I didnt think we were as bad as some are making out.

All in all, I'm not too despondent after today. We're still composed, organised and positive. Remember that we don't have anything like the budget as the teams around us, meaning we don't have the same quality of player, so results like today's will happen. Tam is making the team greater than the sum of their part and it's been a good while since we've had a manager doing that.

    Glass well over half full.

Last 2 games TC has attempted to change things. I don’t have an issue with that, but they haven’t worked and for me it’s back to basics. I think he made the comment after last week that the depth of squad wasn’t what he thought. That said the only concern I had today was that he didn’t change things quick enough. He has done well so far with the squad we have, and we have to remember he is a young manger cutting his teeth at the highest level in the SPL. I’m sure he will analysis the mistakes made over the past 2 weeks by both him and players and get us back on track. We didn’t play badly today. We just made to many individual errors.

Was already mentioned at the time but what a cracking goal our second was, beautiful, we've had a few beauts like that now, Hibs at home in the cup, Hibs away the 3rd one, Livi away

The defending at the 4th was very poor and killed the game really, from 3-2 and pushing for an equaliser to it being beyond us, we still kept plugging away after

Them having the lead and us always chasing saw them create a lot on the counter too

I'm not disheartened, simply setbacks thar will occur and the fact is despite losing the last two, we are still 4th outright, which shows how well b we have been doing overall

In a reflective mood this evening. We have just taken a 5-2 hammering and yet there are no toys being thrown, no arguments and no meltdowns.

People correctly pointing out flaws in recent games but equally pointing out positives despite defeats. What a great sign of just where the club has got to, how the club relate to the fans and just how truly United we are. Bring on the sheep.

    Absolutely love it, P2BAA
