    It looks like he used the ball boy to steady himself while running to collect the ball. Certainly no slap as suggested.

    Just watched the twitter video and i think there is nothing in the tap on the ball boy, but after that, the fan and the player in no way cover themselves in glory.

    Appere by a country mile. Great to see the Appere of old finally turn up. Surely deserves a start next week on that performance.

    Agree. Appere off old made a difference. His running and protection of the ball caused them problems. Hope Livett is back next week and Fuchs injury isn’t to that bad. Our midfield was weak today and pat didn’t help. Although I don’t think he made enough contact for the player to go down like that, when you are in a yellow why risk it!
