Just seen the ‘highlights’ on Quest, I think that the red card for Jake was harsh, a yellow, no more. Will they appeal it, though? Three match ban for a straight red, isn’t it?
No, absolutely ridiculous to suggest that we keep changing managers, especially with a disinterested tw@t in charge of the club. When the season began, the play-offs were always going to be the most we would achieve. All you are doing is making matters worse by blaming the manager. BLAME LAI.
FOL
I’m afraid that my son and I bought season tickets. We seriously thought of not doing so but it was the days out together that decided us; a nice meal before the game and I get to spend some hours with my son.
Note, paragraph!
Ticket sales are peanuts to Lai, anyway, to recoup his cash he needs a sale and the only chance he has of making that at the ‘right’ price is if we return to the Prem. Just shows what an idiot the man is when you look at how he’s going about it.

But the day is then spoilt by the dross dished up on the pitch
Take your son to another event Kets.
Not going to games sends a message, if you and the rest don’t practice what you preach in terms of ranting about Lai then you’re part of the problem.
I’m not meaning to be nasty here mate, you just are.
Show some resolve next summer and keep your hand on your halfpenny!
My son and I decided not to buy season tickets this season, mainly due to the Corona virus problem I have to admit. However, we are both pleased that we didn't after the performances produced for the majority of this season. I realise that it's only a 50 minute journey but we both feel that it was the correct decision. No matter whose fault these performances are down to they have not been, in the main, worth the effort.
Actually, with hindsight, we probably wouldn’t have bought STs, my son now has a child, 9 months old at the moment, so finds it difficult to get to many matches and our old friend Geoff, who used to travel with us, is unable to come these days. WBA, though, is in my blood and it is difficult to keep myself away (I know, sad) but next season may well be different. If the wretched chinaman still owns the club, then I think that we will be watching Kettering Town rather more often.
Actually, I doubt that the chinaman gives a **** whether we go to matches or not; I wouldn’t be surprised if ‘Ken’ doesn’t pass on any information regarding what’s going on apart from anything to do with money coming in (player sales). We don’t buy anything from the shop anymore, so not giving him money from that stream. Anyway, who the hell would buy the dreadful yellow Arsenal shirt, the one the team wore yesterday, absolutely horrible.
I have also thought that if I was not going to the Hawthorns, I quite fancy going to some lower league ground that I haven’t been to before. Next season is a long way off yet, though, and just praying that the chink will be gone by then.
N.B. Mick, did you notice what I did there? Paragraphs!
