No foul at all. Pope was unlucky that his momentum meant that he caught the ball but was still moving forward as he came down and his arms caught Schar and he dropped the ball. Wilson then was in the right place at the right time and took advantage.

The incident at Leeds was similar but the referee blew for a foul by Ben Mee, even though Ben had his back to the keeper and did not do anything except jump. When the ball dropped to Ashley Barnes, who scored, the whistle had already gone which meant that VAR could not get involved.
The decision at Newcastle, sadly, was correct, however. the decision at Leeds was absolutely diabolical as was the penalty award which he had given to them earlier when Pope cleared the ball and Bamford fell over.
