Some flawed logic here which suggesting AJ had poor quality players during his spells at Kilmarnock then Dunfermline. In his first spell with Queens we did indeed play fast flowing attractive football but it was in a very different First Division then where we were the only full time club in a much poorer league
A good manager will excel with average players making them and the club better than the individual parts.
