I am not sure how we have managed to get to this point in the discussion. Somehow What I thought was virtually the same position as you adopt, taking personal responsibility, has become a personal attack by me on your behaviour.

I was encouraged to read Andrew Neil's article in the Daily Mail, today, which seemed to be saying virtually what I had said. Vaccine passports, mask wearing and don't expect to do what you want to, if those are the conventions that others want to adopt, and you insist on your own right to do what you think is right.

How about taking a lateral flow test before you go to a private party? Is that something that you think is reasonable?

Freedom, liberty and our way of life is at stake......I'm in a minority thinking that but I'm not the only one......these are dangerous times.

I object to you saying basically tough my freedom should be limited as I won't comply with masks, or papers.

Andrew Neil should lose 5 stone that would keep him safer.

I would not go to a party that insisted on that in fact I didn't go to something this week and encouraged 5 others not to go because of insistence of lateral flow.

Will just have to see what happens. You can stick to your personal code and put up with the inconvenience. Not taking part and keeping to yourself seems to me to be a principled way to behave. So well done you.
