It is if your relatives have been to a nightclub! This virus is everywhere and is every bit as likely to have been picked up from a family member as it is by attending a nightclub. I would imagine that the players would be staying pretty much in their own bubble whilst out. If they picked it up in Newcastle...then that is a pretty quick turnaround for getting a positive test!
Oops.... who left the mortuary door open and let the maggot oot again ????
The last 2 people i know who have tested positive, one was family transmission, and the other through work. Someone else i know has been socializing most weekends since the start of this has never knowingly contracted Covid.
Like you say, Saturday/Sunday they were in Newcastle or wherever, Monday they take their samples and get the results back on Tuesday. I know its usually day 5-7 where symptoms start to show, but ive also seen it could be 2-14 days so my money is on initial contact being last midweek and hope some rules have been followed and further transmission is minimal.
Im mair concerned that the display on the park on Saturday had something to do with them wanting to make the party!
Aye but they do that journey as part of their job. Travelling to Newcastle on a bus for a piss up is a fair bit different. It's an unnecessary risk. Let's not forget this was at a time when Scottish clubs had been told one Covid case on a bus meant the whole bus full had to isolate for 10 days.
Well...I hope you are all holding onto your hats cause Charlie Mulgrew is playing the Hydro tomorrow night!![]()
Maybe im in the minority but I honestly can’t believe anyone would pay money to money to watch that.
Totally agree! I enjoy the interviews on the podcast but would never pay to watch it on stage....at a venue with the most expensive crap lager in the West, served in a plastic tumbler!
