Our annual wage bill is £7million. 10k season tickets sold brings in around £3.5million which covers half our wage bill. Then there's 7 million TV money plus sponsorship.
When we get relegated and drop into lg1, the wage bill remains at 7m unless we can offload some players. Judging by the sparse crowd on Friday night, I'd suggest that the club would be lucky to sell 6,000 season tickets next season. 6k season tickets brings in around 2m in revenue. With little or no TV revenue for being in lg1, it doesn't take a mathematics expert to realise that we are in the shyte financially.
The cost of relegation is enormous to this club and could spell the end
