Had a wonderful day

PS - Mick got some great panoramics of Watergate Bay will try and send em to you

I’ll enjoy seeing them BS.

Make sure you make a visit there during the summer on a glorious day to see it in all its glory.

I should’ve warned you about Newquay! 😩

The place has really gone downhill in the last 25 years unfortunately.

If you get back over that way this week pop down to Mawgan Porth and try the Merrymoor Pub or the restaurant next door called “Catch”.

If you daughter is up to it ( and you! ) then try the go cart track at nearby St Eval which is great fun.

Last year at nearly 59 I was still the fastest on track out of our family members and only got narrowly beat by a lad who owned his own cart.....great fun.

Padstow is nice if your daughter can manage the hill back up to the car park.

My late dad had a heart condition and on his last visit their in 2002 he couldn’t make it back up the hill.

I’d suggest dropping her in the town and then you driving up to the car park, it’s not worth her struggling.

From where you’re staying you might want to try Perranporth as well.

Glad you enjoyed your day.
