The figures were taken from a Scottish Government report. It would be quite silly for them to publish figures that are that are being massaged to make them look like they are doing worse than their English neighbours.

Just heard the BBC report the ONS figures of 1 in 15 in England and 1 in 20 in Scotland. Dinnae ken whit tae believe!
