This Saturday is interesting if all games survive. Wigan, Sunderland and us all play away at (on paper) 'weaker' opposition (Donny, Accrington, Fleetwood) whilst the other 6 teams in playoff contention play each other. Certainly could be a good day to 'make some hay'.

Sorry, didn't see this when you posted, raging.

Nothing planned in London at the moment. I did see folk duo Harbottle and Jonas at The Courtyard in Hereford on Saturday night - and they were excellent.

If things change, I'll let you know. I'm based in Guildford but am spending most of my time visiting elsewhere.

Got to be looking at 15 points.

Toughest game of the lot Lincoln City.

Put it this way, Wigan/Sunderland would be looking for and may well get 15 from that lot going on their current form so we have to push for the same.

Hardest team I see being Cheltenham.
Cheltenham Town signed 5 new players this January transfer window already.

I thought Cheltenham are doing what Paul Cook did at Ipswich Town, buy a load
of players, sort the chaff out, but Cook got the sack.
Best part about it was Paul Cook at Ipswich put Norwood on the transfer list, sent
him training with the under 23's, Cook gets sack, new manager McKenna brings
Norwood back into the fold, the player can't stop scoring.

Unfortunately my crystal ball was right about the Fleetwood game. Off the back of that and Lincoln's win at Sunderland last week I hope it's right about tomorrow. A draw wouldn't be the end of the world, a loss could result in MM overload

So 4 games left as we await the sunshine. In this period against 'lower' opposition so far we have 15pts from 7 games so keeping our heads above water with the 2pt/game target. Here's what our 9 main rivals have achieved in this same period.

    Wigan 16pts from 6
    Sunderland 19pts from 10
    Wycombe 14pts from 8
    MK Dons 12pts from 8
    Oxford 14pts from 9
    Plymouth 7pts from 6
    Sheff Wed 7pts from 6
    Ipswich 14pts from 8
    Portsmouth 6pts from 6

So only really Wigan outstripping us in PPG statistics, Sunderland have played 3 more games than us in the timeframe and some teams appear to be having a torrid time. Maybe the sky isn't falling? (yet!).

Talking about sun shining, does anyone know why L1 ends on April 30th whilst L2 and Championship goes on to May 7th and Premiership to May 22nd.
