Some of it is, but this board has a habit of going into meltdown when we lose. References to "bottling it" or "lacking quality (like Warne)"

bring out the idiot in some. Some of the contributions, such as the dialogue between Windy442 and MillersTime, have been excellent.

I said lacks quality when it matters. When the pressure is on he generally doesn’t deliver.

yesterday’s reaction by posters on here is about how we have played the last six to eight games . Midfield and forwards not performing .

Exclude the QPR game where we were excellent. 7 games ago we were beating Gillingham 5.1. 6 games ago we were beating Burton 3.1.
5 games ago we won at Cambridge 0.1
So more a over reaction than reaction

Guess if you add to that, putting 4 past Crewe and 2 past bolton and taking QPR to pens then it's more than a over reaction

apart fr QPR which of those games did we play well . Did we play well against burton Cambridge, Accrington fleetwood. Did we play well against Crewe. We basically had a purple patch in October and have been dining out on that ever since with one or two exceptions. However, what we have been doing is what good teams do, eking a win out of a draw and draw out of a potential loss. Yesterday we didn't.

Do you think it was the qpr game that made a poor performance.

120 mins against better opposition thsn a pen shoot out with only 2 changes made.

The mental draining and the effect on there legs

For weeks we've been saying, lucky to get something from that game and sign of a good team is picking up points when playing poor.

If you ignore the games we played well in we are playing poorly, apart from scoring more goals than anyone else we struggle to find the net and although we only lost 2 of 24 games Warne is a bottler who doesn’t deliver. In fact, even though it looked like we were the better team and most likely to score at Fleetwood, when they spozzed a 95th winner it proved that we had, in fact, been crap all game after all..

No. Your right. We were ****e and were lucky to score the 15 goals in those 5 games 😛
