I think you were right, we were good first half, not great but pretty good, dominated and deserved to be ahead, McNulty in particular missed two good chances, any fans booing at ht are muppets the we could do without at Tannadice

They then had a quick start second half, they were countering for fun coming down the slope with the wind behind them, mainly Charles Cook and hungbo causing problems once they got the lead, credit to as the subs paid off and we battled well to get back in the game, finally getting a penalty but overall to get that win was massive

Also credit to Benji, made a great stop before the winner, Watt was excellent, clever player with great deliveries, Freeman was good, Harkes was our best midfielder, Levitt and Fuchs not great this evening, the Butcher done really well beside Edwards, Clark again showing he is very much worth being in the squad even from the bench

Other results were good for us across the board, a good night and much needed

Aye, it's a minter, was nothing like the first half showing last week

I agree with that. Harkes was easily our best midfielder. WTF has happened to Fuchs? It really is bizarre, he lost the ball so much tonight it was unreal.

I changed ends for the second half (went down the Shed end of the GF) and the vitriol coming from fans down that end was unreal. If you think I'm negative, you should take a seat down there for 90 mins. You'd have a nervous breakdown mate. Some of our fans are complete arseholes like. They'd be better off staying at home.

I dont know what to say as while delighted with the 3 points, we were one down to the very worst County team i have witnessed! Their defence couldnt even play the ball for the first 10 minutes and we did the square route of f all to capitalize on it! From kick off in the second half, there was only gonna be one team to score first and so it happened.

Need to see their goal again as maybe Benji could have done better yet again, and maybe our defence were posted missing for once!

Our big problem though is the whole of our midfield. Levitt and Fuchs are shadows of their former self, and Harkes yo-yoed in and out of the game and Pawlett can do better.

Thankfully, Butcher was immense at the back, Watt is different class, Freeman is the Sheep and TC made the right changes right after their goal. Even though Clark got his 2 goals, he is not the player any of us want to see dropping so deep to be creating something, and that has to be addressed.

Free hit at the weekend and onto the next important game!

With regard to Jeando on Saturday - was he dropped or was he not selected so as to avoid being cup tied…………………….

Agree with most of this. Clark is a great sub to bring on, thats his strength imo. Some players just suit it more and i would say he and Pawlett are very much in that category. As weird as it sounds i wouldn't be starting him next game as he does **** all when he starts games. We still need to sign an actual striker Mcnultys chances were shocking tbh. Watt is fantastic and a whole new dimension to the team, give him a good striker to be aiming those crosses in and we will have a lot more goals.

Was genuinely gobsmacked to see Clark win a header like that tonight. He used to do it all the time, looking back over his career with dunfermline, rangers etc.
