Two way deal, we help him he helps us. We will need him for the run in, hopefully we get him fit & keep him fit.
If things work out for all concerned and we get promoted why not bring him back next season. Good luck to the lad. UTM.
Absolutely agree with that Godsend, even with his injury woes at forest the forest fans liked and rated him so if he keeps injury free then we could have a player on our hands, although I always feel uneasy about players who seem to get injured fairly often 'aka' Clarke Robertson. UTM

If he can help us win 10 of our remaining 19 games that'll just about seal automatic promotion.

it is a gamble if he stays fit we are likely to have a good player, that gives us an option of playing ogbene up front if we need to, although when he played there last year he was horrendous. It also allows us to use harding in the back 3 to cover for REG. However you look at it this transfer window has resulted in us letting two players go for money both were fit and able to play and proven at this level, and we have brought in two players for nothing that are not able to play immediately, one that is injury prone the other unproven in english football. Time will tell whetehr it is good or bad for the team, financially it makes sense but you can hardly say it shows ambition for the club when pushing for automatic promotion is a very competitive league.

I agree a gamble with his injury record notts forest Cardiff both loans cut short through injury.

But there seems to be a player that should be playing higher than league 1 if stays fit

Agree but hoping he doesn’t get carried away, we might be able to have him for start of next season if we go up
Seeing that we’ve got to be careful with him and help him back to fitness then I wonder if we are paying next to nothing for his services

What utter tosh. Well, largely tosh.

Get what I agree with out the way. Yes it gives us greater flexibility with Ogbene either resting or perhaps being used somewhere else. And yes it allows Wes to play CB more with another option outside of Chieo to play on the wing.

We have sold a player that hasn't played for us in the past 2 seasons. Nobody will notice him gone as he has never been here to start with. And like PW said, Sadlier played 1 in 6. Neither were integral parts of the first XI, nor the squad.

Why doesn't it show ambition? This is the part. What a load of tripe. We've added a goal threat without losing a striker in return and we have a highly promising player on loan from Arsenal. Why isn't that ambition? Who on earth did you expect? Look around, there ain't money about. Sunderland have 1 fit striker still like they have the whole window. They are looking at Defoe. What a pedigree but he is 39 years old and played 9 minutes of football this season. Imagine if we signed a 39 year old. Poor old Gru would choke on his cornflakes for a start. There is bugger all money about and we have hopefully made shrewd investments, low risk, high reward. They can only add to the squad.

Maybe I'm a happy clapper to a degree but jheez, always has to be a dig in there somewhere.

Oh and I forgot about saying Chieo was horrendous last season up front. Rubbish.

He played up top against Barnsley and ran rings around them, caused them no end of problems and if Freddie could kick a ball in the 6 yard box, together with the ref seeing Morris clobber Viktor we would of beaten a then playoff side. He was not horrendous.
