Has Johnstone gone? I haven’t seen any about it so I assume not? Snodgrass gone, surely should have been kept as midfield cover? I guess that once VI has an issue with a player there is never a reprieve.

Elsewhere, I see that Todd Cantwell has gone to Bournemouth on loan from Norwich; that surprises me as I have thought that Cantwell was a very promising player, just what we could have done with.

Lai and his lackey, Kluless Ken, really are hopeless; what state will this club be in when they are finally gone? I will be surprised if we make the playoffs this season and even if we do, I can’t see us winning it. Next season, without sensible signings, we could be struggling to stay in this league.

Lai, please, in God’s name go. Now! Do one, FO.

    Snodgrass though........what a sad sack of s h it.

Another in a long line of players who've always played well against us and then come here and robbed us of a wage.

    Shameless f u c k wit.

Judging by this and the fact Palmer's loan to Luton was stopped to allow him to be on the bench, it seems Val won't be going anywhere soon.

Releasing Snodgrass shows the board are backing Val, I would think if a new manager was incoming they would want to look at all available players?

If Ismael stays then I predict the 'wilderness years' will return the Hawthorns. The club will be in serious decline with his prehistoric style of football. My son and I certainly won't be renewing our season tickets. Who wants to watch the dross that he produces week in, week out?

Over 90% of the fans, from what I understand, are of the same opinion. The club is rotten from top to bottom. Why no statement regarding Ismael? Yes, I wish Lai gone, but in all honesty, I feel exactly the same regarding Ismael. Even with our present resources I feel that a manager with a more astute football brain would be far more successful. I dread to think what the remainder of this season is going to produce!

Releasing Snodgrass is an acknowledgement that he was a desperation signing who's offered next to nothing in all bar a couple of games.
