Over the weekend I was corrected by a chap when I said good move, force M/WW hand. His response was that it's not legally possible for MM to become a "proxy" for this. Has MM offered something that can't happen?
I would have thought it was a business anyway, you took a legal claim against. To chang it to an individual seems far fetched to me.

BTW we could talk about the ins and outs of the merry go round, OR WE COULD TALK ABOUT HOW GOOD THE RED WERE YESTERDAY FOR SOME REAL DEBATE.

    RA...................... go

The Reds? I thought they were pretty poor in the first half, but once the first goal went in Cardiff were always up against it. Good to see Harvey Elliott back...just eigh**** years old...what a prospect for England in the years ahead.

Beyond that...can only agree with AF...but you could always talk about it on your own site.

The way Forest celebrated yesterday, for a moment I thought they'd won the cup.
"They will remember this day, for a very long time"

Back on subject: I see Kircher is sticking his nose in. I think he's secretly hoping for us to go bust so he can buy us on the cheap.

To the best of my knowledge no claim has been made by M/WW to any court nor have they sent an invoice. It's a;; ifs, buts and maybes at the moment. They have made known they think they have a claim. The EFL say any such claim would be deemed to be football debt. That is, at this point in time, all there is to it.

And it needs to go to arbitration to see if it's a valid claim and/or a footballing debt, thing is according to reports from boro and the EFL the request to go to arbitration has sat on MMs desk since January 2021 long long long before MM put us in admin and he did FA about it, and since September what have the administrators done with the request - sweet FA as well, infact what have the administrators done so far other than pl$$ off 2 bidders, the EFL and boro and Wycombe, have they even negotiated a settlement with HMRC, MSD, or whether the stadium or Moor farm is included in the deal or if not why not, all we get it is 'its complex' we know but that's why your on £350 an hour while I'm on £14.50

Tbf Stenson...they’ve also sold off or made us release two crucial older heads and a load of young talent. In terms or our ruination they seem to be helping the EFL, Boro’ and Wycombe along very nicely.
Be interested in Roger Parky’s informed opinion on how well they’re performing.

What have the administrators done for us? The aqueduct, sanitation, the roads, irrigation, medicine, education, wine
