Sorry it’s late, I’ve been busy.

Not a single person got double figures this week though the postponement didn’t help. I managed a 9 while Nobby and Davee only got 4s. Average was 6.3, average fans, which didn’t result in any major changes to the table. Claw slipped because he didn’t turn up.

Meanwhile, Chalky pulled back a few points on Blackdogblue and with 13 weeks left he’s still in with a chance. Playing for pride is all some of us have got left.

Another week with no double figure scores, mainly because group C seemed to have us baffled. Only 5 points were scored from those 4 games and most of those were from a speculative punt by Tricky. For context 58 points were scored in total with an average of 4.8.

This week’s top dog was Southblue with an 8 and well done to him. The mangy mongrels were Cayambe and Blackdogblue who only got 2s. There were only minor changes to the table but Howoldboy failed to top-score again and his lead is starting to slowly reduce. Is there time to catch him though?

I’ve dropped Coatlineblue and Crusha from the table this week as it’s been a while since we’ve seen them; Altobelli remains until the end of the season. Gone but not forgotten.

Incidentally, a strange thought went through my mind this morning. Put quite simply, if someone decided to make predictocomp into a film, who would you want to play YOU? For me I have in mind a doddery Jim Broadbent, or perhaps a butch version of Stephen Fry, possibly even John Cleese. I have Andrew Sachs giving us his Manuel from Fawlty Towers down for one of you but I’m not saying which.

Well do one Southblue on getting top points this week,I'm happy with my five points as it brings me slightly closer to bd and shows that studying form works,I expect to overtake him by the end of March
I mentioned elsewhere that I visualise Griffy as a Capt Mannering type person especially when he talking to Frank who is see as Dick Dastardly with Frank's dog being played by Mutley,I know what bd looks like so it's hard to imagine who would play him on screen but I will get back to the subject when I've had a think about it,meantime...

Rather than looking at me & laughing, Griff / Howoldboy when you check the scores are you noticing a pattern or coincidence forming over the last few weeks 🤷*♂️
