it a conundrum - BT...fake news reporting fake news ?

and now, reporting Live from their hotel balconies - they're agitating us with helmets and flak jackets....

CNN reporter stops mid reporting to put on gear after hearing blasts

GMB Kyiv reporter walks off to seek cover live on air

    and there's many more...

....seems like they're mirroring these guys from back in the Gulf War days.

    can't wait, jump to 1.50s

...and folk believe these nutters ?

I had to laugh yesterday Norder, a little old lady is calmly walking down the street in Kiev with her two bags of shopping when a blue, armoured clad PRESS chap in helmet dives for cover at the sound of gunfire, probably coming from Odessa!

The spineless, gutless EU refuse to cancel Russia's access to SWIFT. EU Army my arse!

How would the Orange Buffoon have pacified Vlad the Impaler?
Like I've said before BT, WW3 was confidently predicted by you Lefties when Trump took office, in the event we had a relatively peaceful four years. Since he was stood down it's all kicked off, a fecking shambles in Afghanistan, war in Europe, the Mullahs threatening Israel with nuclear destruction again. How did he pacify Rocket Man in North Korea ? How did he put the mad Mullahs back in their Tehran box ? How did he get away with moving the US Embassy in Israel ?

I am not privy to his methods, I don't know how his mind works, does anybody, but his methods did work. My best guess would be that he is capable of seeing it from his opponents point of view, he can put himself in their shoes, and address their worries and problems. In this case I expect he would understand Putin's worries about the NATO and EU encroachment towards Russia's borders, and address those concerns. No leader in the West has been listening to Putin, instead they have treated him and Russia with contempt, only last week Boris openly stated that Ukraine was free to join NATO any time it pleased, FFS there were 130,000 Russian troops on Ukraine's borders, did the buffoon have any idea at all just why they were there ? Talk about pouring petrol on the flames.

sinkov --Putin and the other 'unpredictables' who you mention did not mess with Donald because, like them, he is very unpredictable, unlike many of the other so-called 'leaders' who are afraid of their own shadow.

Us lefties support a Corbyn inspired "Stop The War" coalition. Starmer has now joined Blow Job at the hip, where we go from here is anybody's guess.

We did not want Syria bombed - Cameron had fighter jets bombing Damascus within one hour of the Tory led vote.

Like my old ma used to say, "You reap what you sow!"

What is not certain is just how far Putin will push his luck and whether the lily livered EU & NATO will respond with military intervention.

Finland and Sweden are next on his hit list should they decide to join NATO.

Did you see the Sky reporter yesterday BT, allowed to ask a question of the Russian Defence Ministry spokes lady. The ignorant turd started by asking what she thought of Putin being described by a British politician as going 'full tonto', which he translated for her as completely mad. She not so politely pointed out that a similar accusation has been levelled at our PM. He asked about people being killed in Ukraine. she asked him why he never mentioned the 14,000 that had been killed in Ukraine in the past 8 years, she asked him how many had been killed in Iraq and Afghanistan by British military actions, she said much more besides, in effect she ripped him up for arse paper, but when they went back to the Sky studio, all the anchor could say was that she had apologised to him for her rant. No she didn't, she apologised for getting emotional in her response, she wasn't apologising to the moron from Sky.

Our media are a national disgrace.

I think you and me are singing from the same hymn sheet here mon ami (for a change!) Why on earth do the Yanks and the UN keep on pushing NATO in the Russian Bear's face and antagonising Putin.

NATO are now pushing Finland and Sweden to join up. Bonkers or what?

Putin would have no qualms whatsoever in raising Helsinki and Stockholm to the ground. When next door's Alsatian walks past I never give it a crafty kick in the goolies. Let sleeping dogs (and bears) lie is my philosophy.
