Yeah, if his players have the same problem it’s no wonder the team’s struggling! I think he was saying “Aah’ll stomp on your heid” or something like that.

A blocked view to a thrown punch it sure escalated quickly.

How did it all end, a handshake I hope?

Blimey , that was a tough watch...

Was it me or when he was referring to 'Lofty' being their player of the season he made a comment that he should be in the England squad?
Is there still a non league version or did he mean Gareth Southgate's lot?

I thought the same when I heard it. There certainly was a long established non league England side, I'm going to suggest he definitely meant that. Not sure John Stones need worry about his place in Gareth's squad.

His accent is thick to say the very least, a little easier to understand in person face to face but even then you have to really concentrate. If he doesn't start winning games soon I doubt he will manager beyond this season.

... he speaks just like Tommy Johnson!
Regarding the game, not sure why some thought it was boring ... we were up against a classic NL team - more brawn than brain. It took us time to work out how best to win this one. Nice to see us/the brain out-performing the brawn. Perhaps we're learning at long last ...

Will Nott's promotion hopes survive the ''The Big March''?

How many points do we need to stay in touch?

Promotion hopes will survive but I fear with such a tough set of fixtures we won't be in a better position than we are now.

With the players we've got, and having found a better system for getting the best out of them, we shouldn't fear any of these fixtures. March presents a chance to close right up on our promotion rivals and then go with confidence into some very favourable fixtures in April. Opportunity knocks!

We should certainly be aiming to be higher up than we are now. Only Stockport have a team as talented as ours man for man. Chesterfield, Solihull, Yeovil and Daggers are all beatable.
Cameron, Palmer, Wootton is a strong spine for non league and there's plenty of talent around them.
