Well, wouldn't that make our season! I can see it now Pountiass scores with a header from a corner to send us packing

Some slightly worrying articles in YEP and Leeds Live referring to JM’s kamikaze defending style and discontent at Salzburg and Leipzig about the number of goals conceded - often from losing the ball when attacking - looks like the bumpy ride may be set to continue and we will still be getting the high bursts of Adrenalin from how we play.

I suppose there may at least be some coaching continuity then?

We should maybe contact West Ham to see if we can get a dead cat bounce...

I should probably point out that no cats were actually harmed in the writing of that last post...

Yeah from what I have heard they are so similar in so many ways makes you wonder if the appointment was a setup. If the club was run properly they would have gotten someone to fix the mess than during the summer go through candidates. I mean 3 years for an unknown weird. Why is the world so corrupt anywhere you look it's all the same.
Anyway, in brighter news, the Aussies are at it again ‘We need a revolution: Socceroos urged to pursue Bielsa as next coach

I'm curious to see how the fans take to him, we are so used to a man so humble and a great leader using the definition as someone who takes a bit less praise than they deserve and a bit more blame than they deserve, to a man from a nation not renowned for their humility.

As "The Minister for Rash Statements"🙄, I've the feeling he isn't going to have the impact we require. And I have no idea about his capabilities as a manager. Basing my view simply on the player mindset at present. Conceding so many goals is one thing...but the rapid succession of goals on so many occasions usually indicates that psychologically the players are shot. Hope I'm way off the mark, and "new manager" attitude kicks in on Saturday! 😮

PS- is anyone as humble as MB was in the Prem? Might not be another coach like him at that level

Guardiola isn’t arrogant just confident. Potter and Moyes come across well but nope no-one as humble and unassuming.
