According to criminal law David goodwillie hasn't raped anyone either.
Have you ever thought the reason he hasn't shown remorse or apologised is because he hasn't done anything wrong?

Rape is a very serious matter but as we know from other high profile cases it isn't as straightforward as a stranger dragging a woman into some bushes in a park. It is usually one person's word against another & boils down to the issue of consent.

What about the fathers of sons who are wrongly accused? It does happen because unfortunately malicious allegations are made.

That's why the burden of proof for criminal convictions is beyond all reasonable doubt so that miscarriages of justice don't happen.

I have no opinion of David Goodwillie as a person because i don't know him. Only him and the woman who made the allegation against him will know what happened but the fact of the matter is he isn't a convicted rapist

Clearly something happened or they wouldn’t be paying.

Or in this case 2 men having *** with 1 woman who was incapable of saying no.
The cival case judge rules they raped her so are you still saying it may not have happened?

Returned to Clyde on loan and now the coffuffle about him has started all over again.
Clyde's entire ladies team have now resigned.

I don't really get it because whether he did or didn't do what he is meant to have done that civil thing was now 5 years ago. The alleged offence much longer. He was playing for Clyde for a while before he moved to Raith and no one was bothered and now he's gone back it's suddenly a big deal.
