I have seen a lot of pros under IB, I would say at home it’s been the best football on show for an extremely long time. I do believe he’s developing players also.
Cons, we need to adapt when away and I would say more due to pitches, IB was praying for rain at Bromley (didn’t happen) and lost and said Chesterfield was worse of the season, Rowe heavily complained about their pitch days before he was suspended so we had weeks of knowledge on this. So just play different, work the channels, pin them back, it’s not giving up on your principles it’s just sensible decision making based on the conditions.
Bit like Curles' problem in reverse.

In all fairness to the set piece coach, if you play one centre back and only have one 6' player in the back four against some pretty big teams you're likely to concede a few no matter how well drilled.

You walk from Frankfurt then I'm assuming?

Edit: Bit of context - it's not a completely different kettle of fish at all is it? The further you live the more time (£) and travel costs you'll incur. It's one of the same.

I live just shy of 20 miles from the ground with almost non-existent public transport, CAM belt snapped on my car so it's either taxi to Bingham (£10x2), train return (£5-8) and ticket price (£20) then another tenner for some food and drink minimum. When I lived in Carlton I could've roly-polyed my way to Meadow Lane and walked back in less than 40 minutes.
I'm assuming you live in the Vale of Belvoir then?

Never walked from Frankfurt nope, I think you’ve taken my post out of context (or my email as come across not as it should have) for which I apologise) we all have circumstances in life that stop us doing stuff (the reasons stated above that yours fall into), and that’s the way life is… commiserations on the Cambelt has it done much damage internally?

If Notts are the most important thing in your life then you have a very valid point. Your passion clearly brings you so much joy into your life

What about the fans on NCM who don't get to see any games cos they live overseas for example? Or the ones in the UK but only manager one or two games a season? Are you going to setup a helpline or go fund me page? You seem to really care Victor.

It hits the nail firmly on the head because it displays self awareness. It's something you should definitely give a go because your lack of self awareness never fails to amaze and amuse me.

Thanks for the suggestion Elite, noted. Out of interest when you've been suggested courses of actions from others on NCM in the past you always reject them each and every time. I'm guessing you want me to do different?#ironing

P.S. If you stop your weird obsession of me for the past few years(!) on here you would be amazed what happens to the board#void Trust me give it a go chap

It should probably have gone there already, but it does provide a fantastic illustration of laddo's hypocrisy for all to see.

If you remember, he's the one who wants to avoid petty arguments and only talk about football and Notts!

Still not asked for a mirror for Christmas or your birthday Elite?

The irony and hypocrisy meters exploded long ago with your posts, this being the very latest example. More to follow I'm sure

You are right "wants to" but often difficult when you have an internet stalker (or two) who often starts them 'petty arguments"#void.

So how does that relate to the Chesterfield game?
