18 months, though I don't know if there are any clauses in it whereby we could terminate it or he could quit at the end of the season.
The bloke has inherited a pile of s hit and hasn't had the luxury of a transfer window, so I would give him at least one.
He is a manager not a coach, so he can have a say on who he wants. His name should be a draw as well.

If we don't want to carry on being the lack of ambition club then Bruce has to go. Remember Bruce only recorded 3 wins in a row 13 years ago. Hasn't done it since. He's a middle of the road manager. A stop gap. Patience and a plan is what we have needed for this club and we have had neither in spades.
