    Any one watch Man U? Ronaldo is absolutely immense and what a goal machine. His first and third goals were absolutely top class!! Amazing and this is what’s so good about football.

    Anyone would think he was starting his career and not ending it at 37! I do take my hat off to individuals like him - he certainly does not need the money and it’s the love of the game and the badge of Man U that keep him going!

    Spot on....when ever I see him play he always looks like he has never won anything...he looks so hungry to want to win all the time...Kept him at the top....

    Simple answer.

    The desire in him is still so strong to win. An exceptional professional.
    For a relatively young player (generation wise) he has old tradition values of competing for the whole match not two minutes here and there.

    For me he has been the world's number one for the last fif**** years. So much more to his game than Messi.
    Their are two Portuguese national side's, one with Ronaldo, one without him.
