I have sympathy with the 15.000 ethnic Russians that were slaughtered by the Stepan Bandera worshipping Nazis in Ukraine and I have sympathy with the ordinary Ukrainian civilians who are suffering because of the conflict..There are over 500.000 Ukrainians being housed and fed here in Hungary-many in my area with neighbours.What I dont like is the Putin bad guy/Zelensky good guy simplified version of events presented by Western politicians and MSM in order to further their agenda.
Unlike Blowjob, Viktor Orban puts the citizens of his country first.Before the conflict started he signed a new gas deal until 2036 guaranteeing cheap gas and therefore electricity for Hungarian businesses and households.We have the cheapest gas and electric in Europe which is nothing new.It was a policy started when Orban came to power for his second term in 2010.
You cannot just stop using Russian gas when they provide 85% of your needs.Why should we look elsewhere-for Joe Biden?
The hypocrites in the US have already lifted its own sanctions and started importing 100.000 barrels of oil/day from Russia and all fertilizers.Even Zelensky is using Russian gas and oil FFS.
It is all blowing up in their faces as the Ruble has recovered to its value before the war and if, as it is looking likely, the petro-dollar is finished then so will the good life in the USA also.When it comes to heat or eat in the UK next winter for a lot of familys I think people will see the whole situation differently.

Manipulation and Fake News

I had the misfortune to be manipulated. It was by a friend and I still remember the shock of finding out and then the anger. It made my skin crawl. I don’t believe everything on the BBC but I don’t just discount it either. Russia Today is hardly more reliable. Youtube even less. It is not a question of the media forcing you to choose a side. The truth doesn’t take sides. It is out there somewhere. If your take on the truth is that the Ukrainians murdered their own citizens, buried them in trenches and then dug them up again for the world cameras or that it was all done by actors who then got up and walked away. So be it. I probably won’t be able to convince you otherwise. Sure Ukraine has the Azov battalions but Russia has Wagner. When you have been prefacing your invasion of a neighbouring country by telling your citizens that their neighbours are a bunch of Nazis who have been exterminating ethnic Russians and then you unleash your armed forces on them is it at all surprising that they commit vile and barbaric acts. If you look at the shattered buildings, the bombed schools and hospitals, the corpses in the streets and the sheer brutality of what has occurred it is hard to look further than the man who orchestrated it all. Putin. The Nazi war criminal.
