He can be challenged by any member of the CUOSC board and any ordinary CUOSC member can become a member of the board. Furthermore, that challenge creates an election and any ordinary CUOSC member can be a candidate in that election as well as the challenger from the CUOSC board.
When anyone maligns CUOSC I want to make absolutely certain that such a person has a perfect case. Then I will fervently approve of the maximum amount of arse kicking.
