    There are a few players that I am indifferent about. Clarke does a job, Button does a job, Carroll still has a little bit left in the tank but I still wouldn't rip up my membership if they left. But this is almost entirely a team of journeymen, many of whom are much better than they they have shown this season, but most of whom have underperformed quite badly, especially since November. That's the most discouraging thing about this season - every week the same team of uninspiring journeymen mostly under performing, playing drab, predictable football, waiting for the inevitable defensive error to give us or the other team an underserved win. I cannot remember the last time they truly excited me.
