Controversially I consider Philips could demonstrate some ‘senior player’ attitude.
    Tin hat time ?
I think we're close to being on the same page, I'd also include Dike, Bartley, Molumby and O'Shea.

But, I think Carroll, Button, Townsend, Phillips, Molumby and O'Shea are squad players / back ups at best.

So, really the only players in our current squad who I'd be happy to be in our starting XI next season are Clarke (if he signs), TGH, one of Ajayi/Bartley, Dike. And a young keeper like Palmer or Griffifths.

Which means, we need 6 new first team starting players next season in my mind. 7 if you include signing Clarke. Possibly one of the most important transfer windows in memory this summer. Especially considering parachute payments run out (next year or the year after?)

Next year is the last year of parachute money, you only get it for two years now as BB pointed out to me a few weeks ago.

The money is a curse, look at what we sign when we have it.

We’d be better off with no money and a manager and recruiting team who knew what they were doing.

Grant had a go at Bruce when was subbed , before the substitution he had 9 touches of the ball.
When a defender gets sent off, most managers take off a striker if it's early in the match.

To be fair to Grant it was a ridiculous decision to leave Carrol on and take him off, I like Carrol but he needs another striker with him, having him up top on his own meant any of his knockdowns just went to Forrest.
