Is it now compulsory for football fans to sing that 'putting on a show' song? ICT fans at it tonight. It's horrendous.

To be fair bud. We sing it... and it's good at times (St Mirren away for instance) but we've hardly put on a show this season 😬..........Happy as **** with 4th for now though tbf 😁

We would’ve got away with that song during the initial Jackie MacNamara period, when we were hosing teams regularly 4-0 for fun (Gauld, Armstrong, Robertson, etc.), or back during some of the Levein era (with Goodwillie, Daly, Conway, etc.), or in the 90’s under Tommy (Oloffson, Pederson, Winters, etc.), and obviously in the 80’s under Jim’s teams, but now, NAH!!

Agreed, nothing wrong with the song in general but its for Celtic winning out the park rather than United putting 11 in the box and desperately trying to hold on to a 1 goal lead with an hour to go.In two years we have rarely put on a show.

Yes I know we do, that's the issue. We're absolutely stinking. Haven't put on a show in years and we've adopted a Tim song that gets sung every game.

Regardless of the rights and wrongs of whether we put on a show or not, it gets right on my thrupnies. I hate it with a vengeance and I absolutely refuse to sing it. For me it is and always will be a Celtc song and almost always accompanied by a phuckin drum.

Absolutely my standing. Can't and won't ever sing a single word of it.
