I’ve moved back to Newcastle now, so getting caught up in it a lot more 🤣

Still into your TKD? Just waiting for the kids (got a 4 year old and a 2 year old) to get settled into the new house/routine, and I’ll be carrying on JKD up here.

Will be getting to the match more, but with kids and the above I’ll not be getting a season ticket… imagine I’ll be on a very long waiting list when I have the time to go regular.
Cheers, man All good I am. Was meant to take my 5th Dan at the beginning of April but having Covid twice since December has knacked my preparation. Technically, I'm fine but fitness-wise I wasn't confident. Don't know what jkd is like but in Taekwondo, your 5th degree grading is your last physical one (you get recommended for promotion after that) so they make sure they put you through the wringer on that one. Going in November instead.
