That’s the problem there looks like there is no management / motivation at all, Cooper, Challioner, Ardley have all come in and changed things immediately with positive results without having a season or three. We need a proven manager in to motivate without interference on playing styles, as much as people say not much needs changing player wise over the summer it will, if we continue with IB with the same sort of results and performances I’m guessing the pressure will ramp up even more from supporters. I came off Facetube about a year ago I dread to think what opinions are on there?

One of my biggest issues is the number of players with that lack of desire and motivation to win. Surely that would have been one of the earliest classes at football school??

Wouldnt it be easier to fine tune the squad than sack and make wholesale changes...
After all we are not far off being a a top team....despite the odd poor result thrown in,
Unlike stockport , Wrexham, Grimsby and dare I say Solihull..!!?

The football is good, we score enough goals and I generally enjoy watching this team.
I like IB’s assessment of a game, even when we lose.
We just need to add that bite. Players that do a job when we don’t have the ball. I thought we’d fixed it with Arter but he just isn’t mobile enough.
We've got to find a 20 goal striker to replace Wootton for starters and probably a replacement for Sam too.
The manager doesn't want bite, he's loaned in quite a few players none of whom have bite. Vincent is our most energetic, get at 'em midfielder and he doesn't play him if he can help it.
Burch has watched us lose to Grimsby, Stockport, Halifax, Chesterfield and Bromley and just doesn't believe getting physical is the way to go, he can't do, his signings and team selection show as much.
Every team in every division bar the champions are always just a couple of players away.

If Eli Sam isn't retained or chooses to leave due to inactivity, that would be a terrible outcome for which I would hold IB accountable. I believe so far we've largely wasted one of the most talented players and goal scorers at the club, but hopefully we can still extend his contract and give him the regular starts his ability deserves.

Will we have to rip things up anyway in terms of the squad? Can see Wootton, Rodriguez, Roberts and Cameron leaving if clubs higher up come for them. Then we need a new first team keeper as well plus some of our players aren't good enough. Then the loan players leave as well. It'll take a big overhaul anyway to make us competitive next season.

From complete zero to the club's cult hero.

I'm still not convinced that Sam is the answer. Far too inconsistent and seems to make the wrong pass/run too frequently. I would not be fussed if he left.

We need a few NL type players who are young, quick and hungry to succeed also in my opinion we have used the loan system
when it was proved we didn't have the right players why not get a few in BEFORE the season starts so they can be schooled into
    the way we play.
The problem with getting NL players in is that you then become an NL team - Did Wrexham & Stockport go out and buy seasoned NL players NO, they brought in players from higher leagues, that is what will get you promoted improving the overall standard not watering it down by bringing in NL players. Most of those players ply their trade the NL for a reason.

We'd actually get a decent fee for a player leaving the club. That may take a few days to sink in for some supporters.

We need someone who can motivate the players from the sides when things are not going well, not a pair of mutes.. I dont know who that may be, but there seems to be quite a few in this league that have done one over on us..
